This is an Alkyd Resin Based Enamel Paint for use on a wide variety of applications including Wood, Steel, Plaster, Chipboard, Hardboard, etc.  It is suitable for both interior and exterior use. For more information, refer to the attached technical data sheet.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:     Intergloss is an alkyd based, glossy.

 RECOMMENDED USE:           As a topcoat for exterior and interior use on steel

                                           structures, wood,  hardboard, chipboard, M.D.F, …and

                                           concrete.

 COLORS:                            White, black and as per the shade card.

 SOLIDS:                             45.5% by volume.

 SPECIFIC GRAVITY:            1.07 KG/Liter

 VISCOSITY:                        92-95 KU at 30 Deg. C

 DRYING TIME:                     Dry to Touch:    3 hours (at 30 Deg. C) Dry to Recoat:

                                           4 hours

                                          Tack free:        12 hours

SHELF LIFE:                          9/12 months

SURFACE PREPARATION:       The surface should be thoroughly clean.  Depending on the

                                           substrate, in  appropriate primer and  undercoat should be

                                           used.  

APPLICATION DATA:              By brush, roller, airless or conventional spray  

THINNING:                           Thinning if using brush or roller:  Up to 7%

                                          Thinning if using 7-10%
